Video call service
The video-consultation service is an opportunity for people who can’t physically come to our practice. Regardless of the city or country in which they are located, patients can make an outpatient visit with Dr. María del Mar Villanova López surgeon specialist in arthroscopy and surgery of the upper limb.
The duration of the video call is the same as a face-to-face consultation. This is a private service for a fee of 159 euros. If you are interested in this service you should contact our patient care team by sending an e-mail to info@mariadelmarvillanova.com. Choose under reason for enquiry; video call and in the attached message briefly explain your reason for inquiry. The administrative team will contact you and tell you what to do next.
Online second opinion service
The online second opinion service offers the possibility of remote medical consultations via e-mail. This is a service for cases that have already been studied. Send us your case and Dr. Villanova will offer you a personalized response in less than 48 hours after receiving your reports and complementary tests.
If you are interested in this service you should contact our patient care team by sending an e-mail to info@mariadelmarvillanova.com. Choose under reason for consult; second opinion and in the attached message briefly explain your reason for consult. The administrative team will contact you and tell you what to do next. The cost of the online second opinion consultation is 139 euros.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This service can be considered as an orientation diagnosis, in no case is it substitute for a physical consultation. This service should not be used in the event of a medical emergency. In case of that physical attendance at the consultation is deemed necessary, an appointment will be assigned to you in a preferential way.
